1/2 cup almond butter
1 medium ripe banana
1 organic egg
1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 Tablespoons maple syrup / raw honey
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 cup raw cacao nibs or Chocolate chips
- Preheat oven to 200°C.
- Lightly grease a mini muffin tin and set aside.
- Place ingredients, except Raw cacao nibs / Chocolate Chips, into the Dough Jug Processing Bowl from the BL682 and blend until well combined on low/dough function.
- Transfer batter to a mixing bowl, stir in the raw cacao nibs/Chocolate chips and then spoon the batter until nearly full into the muffin tin.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes and enjoy!
