2 Ripe Avocados
600ml Milk of your choice (I like Oat or Almond)
145g Coconut or Vanilla Yoghurt (Soy for Vegan)
1 tbsp Almond Butter
4 tbsp Honey or Maple Syrup
10-15 Ice Cubes
Combine all the ingredients for the shake in your Ninja blender and blend on Ultra Blend until a smooth consistency is reached.
Pour into 4 cups and enjoy.
