100g dates, soaked in hot water for 10 minutes
150ml almond milk
200g oat flour
30g coconut sugar
1tsp baking powder
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C and grease and line a loaf tin
Place the bananas, drained dates, eggs and almond milk in your Ninja blender and whizz up until smooth.
Add in the oat flour, coconut sugar and baking powder and blend again. Stir in the blueberries
Spoon into the loaf tin and smooth out evenly. Bake for 35 minutes until firmed up. Leave to cool in the tin then turn out onto a chopping board and slice into 8-10.
