1/3 cup (54g) oats
Just under 1/3 cup (about 18g) unflavoured vegan protein powder (hemp works well)
1 flat tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 heaped tbsp cacao powder
2 pinches Himalayan salt
Heaped tbsp of Ninja Caramel (See in recipes)
2/3 cup (160ml) almond milk
Small splash of apple cider vinegar
Pulse dry ingredients until fine in your Ninja processor bowl.
Add wet and pulse until smooth batter formed.
Place pan on low heat. Brush very lightly with coconut oil and dollop batter onto pan.
Cook until bottom is dry and a spatula can be slid underneath. Could be between 1-2 mins but varies depending on how hot pan is.
Flip crumpet. Other side will cook very quickly.
Top with whatever your heart desires! (Extra caramel recommended).
